VA Formulary Advisor is an independent resource for information about the VA National Formulary and National VA Criteria for Use.
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and user friendly search tool for the VA National Formulary with a mobile-friendly responsive design and modern layout.
Enter a medication name in the search field and select whether to filter by VA Formulary items only, Urgent/Emergent Care Formulary items only, or all items in our database. In addition to searching by drug name you may also search by VA class (number or description), or Therapeutic Class/VA Parent Class by using the corresponding filters above the search box.
